Nice spot, walkable to the beach. Private pool was nice. $2 shuttle to anywhere on the strip, which has plenty of restautant/bar options. Get your coffee and breakfast at the Diplomat hotel. Easy walk, super nice spot!

Iliana es una persona muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nosotros y que todo estuviera en orden, respondía rápido. El alojamiento tiene una medida adecuada, los espacios son tal cual las fotos, todo organizado. La piscina no es climatizada pero sin embargo es fácil adaptarse con el clima que hace en la zona, me encantó que de verdad es muy cerca a la playa, solo abriamos la puerta y ya veíamos el mar prácticamente, y muy segura y tranquila la zona. Sugiero renovar baños ya que están un poco flojas las perillas de la ducha, adecuar mejor la cocina porque faltan utensilios para quienes queremos cocinar alimentos, la cafetera no es práctica de usar y no pudimos, igual mejorar las toallas de manos. Dejamos de donación una paila para freir y unas tazas plásticas, ya que hacían falta. Solo observamos 3 cucarachas pequeñas, lo cual es normal que pueda ocurrir por el clima, pero Iliana ayudó pasando fumigación tan pronto le avisamos. Un excelente lugar, voy a volver sin duda. We had a wonderful stay at lliana Alejandra's place in Hollywood! The location was perfect-just steps away from the beach- and having access to the pool was a great bonus. The unit was exactly as described, and the self-check-in process with the keypad was very convenient. Iliana was an exceptional host; she was very proactive with communication, checking in to make sure I settled in well and providing clear instructions for everything from parking to checkout. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway!

This was such a cute apartment that really utilized a smaller amount of space. The set up was perfect and was actually even better in person than in the pictures. The apartment was super close to the beach and the pool was exactly as expected. There were beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, etc) and enough both bath and beach towels for everyone. The host was super responsive and very sweet. She got us into the apartment two hours early. I will absolutely rent the unit again! Thank you for an amazing rental and experience! Highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos, todo muy bonito. Iliana siempre respondió rápido y fue muy atenta, lo cual hizo todo más fácil. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y perfecta para salir a caminar y disfrutar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos.

This place has amazing beach access. The kids loved the pool and we had a parking spot! Which is so rare near the beaches. Its accommodates for a large family like ours and was super close to the fort lauderdale airport for our early flight out the next morning.

We loved this spot! Great value in a quieter area, wide open beach and still walkable to the Hollywood broadwalk. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family, clearly our hosts went to a lot of trouble to make it easy for guests, they even had beach chairs, toys and more available to borrow and use on the beach. Iliana and her team were very generous and helpful with everything we needed. We are looking forward to an excuse to go back!

Absolutely stunning location. The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I was only in town for a couple of days and the host was extremely communicative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a quick couple nights in Miami before heading home from a cruise. Plenty of space, 10 seconds from the beach, a private pool area, and very comfortable bedding/pillows!
